Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

Streamly.Live provides public creator pages, tools for creators to offer live experiences, and a way for viewers to request and pay for those experiences. Video is delivered through creators' external streaming channels; Streamly does not host those streams.

Creators and viewers

Creators need an account to manage a page and are responsible for the accuracy and delivery of their offers. Viewers can browse and request experiences without a Streamly account. Each request is subject to the creator's acceptance and availability. Creators must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may remove offers, pause sales, or suspend accounts for violations.

Linked channel authority

When you link a third-party channel to Streamly, you confirm that you own it or are authorized by its account holder to control it, place a verification code in its public profile, and use it with your Streamly page. A verified channel means Streamly observed the required code on that channel’s public profile at the time of verification. It does not establish your legal identity, endorsement by the third-party platform, or permanent control of the channel. You must unverify a channel promptly if you lose that authority. Streamly may request further proof, remove a link, pause sales, or suspend an account when a channel claim is disputed or appears misleading.

Payments and fulfillment

Checkout and connected creator payouts are handled by Stripe. Streamly does not collect payment card or bank details directly. An authorization is not a confirmed booking: the creator must accept the request, and the payment state is confirmed through Stripe. Third-party services

External streaming services and maps have their own terms and availability. A linked channel is not operated by Streamly. Do not misuse the service, impersonate another creator, infringe rights, or use bookings as a way to transfer money without a genuine experience.
