Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

Creators can publish offers for live experiences on Streamly.Live. These rules apply to creator profiles, offers, linked channels, messages, and experiences marketed, booked, or paid for through Streamly—even when the video is hosted by another service.

Content and experiences that cannot be monetized

Creators must not use Streamly to offer, promote, link to, book, or receive payment for:

  1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation: any material or service depicting, facilitating, promoting, or soliciting sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is prohibited.
  2. Adult content or services: nudity, sexually explicit content or acts, pornography, adult live chat, or sexual services, whether live, recorded, audio, or visual.
  3. Intellectual property infringement: material or experiences that violate copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, including unauthorized or leaked music, video, images, broadcasts, or software.
  4. Violent extremism and hate: content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, violent extremism, or hate speech toward people based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or another protected characteristic.

Creators must have the rights and permissions needed for their offers and must also follow the rules of any external streaming service they use.

Violations and repeat violations

We screen Streamly profile and offer text for policy indicators and use automated text classification. Flagged or uncheckable content may be held from publication and purchases pending review. We review reported violations. Depending on severity, we may remove an offer or link, pause sales, require a correction, or suspend a creator account. Repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from Streamly. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension. We may cooperate with rights holders, payment providers, and authorities as required by law.

Streamly does not claim to automatically inspect or remove all third-party video. A report can identify a linked stream or a paid experience for review.

Report a concern

Viewers, rights holders, and other affected people can report a suspected violation and request removal by emailing support@streamly.live. No Streamly account is required.
